Dog-Friendly Glamping & Property Guidelines
Loving Heart Retreats welcomes up to two dogs per accommodation. The pet fee is $65 per dog, per night. Dogs should weigh no more than 30 pounds unless approved in advance; an additional fee may apply to larger dogs.
Dogs must be non-aggressive, supervised, under control, and current on required vaccinations. Guests must clean up after their dogs and may be asked to provide proof of rabies vaccination. Cats and other animals are not permitted unless required by applicable service-animal laws.
No. Dogs should not be left unattended inside an accommodation or elsewhere on the property.
Guests are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times and for preventing excessive barking, damage, or disturbance to other guests. Loving Heart Retreats reserves the right to require the removal of any dog displaying aggressive or disruptive behavior.
Yes. All three safari tents and all four geodesic domes are dog-friendly, subject to our dog policy, applicable fees, and any size or quantity restrictions.
Dogs must be included when making the reservation. Visitors who are not registered overnight guests may not bring dogs onto the property without prior approval.
Fire-pit availability and type may vary by accommodation. Guests should review the amenities listed for their selected tent or dome before booking.
Only fire features provided or specifically approved by Loving Heart Retreats may be used. Guests may not build their own fires or bring unauthorized fire equipment. Fire-pit use may be restricted because of weather conditions, local burn bans, or property safety requirements.
Yes. Loving Heart Retreats is designed as a peaceful Texas Hill Country retreat, and guests are expected to respect quiet hours and the privacy of neighboring accommodations.
During quiet hours, please keep voices, music, vehicles, and outdoor activity at a low volume. Parties, amplified outdoor music, and disruptive behavior are not permitted unless a private event has received prior written approval.
Amenities
Yes. All three safari tents and all four geodesic domes include private bathrooms located inside the accommodation.
Bathroom features vary by room. The safari tents include bathtubs or soaking tubs, while the bathroom layout and features in the domes may differ. Please review the photos and amenities for your selected accommodation before booking.
Yes. Bedding, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided for your stay. Basic bathroom amenities are also available.
Guests should bring personal medications, specialty toiletries, and any specific products they prefer to use. If you need additional bedding or have a special request, please contact us before arrival.
No. The tents and domes do not include full kitchens, ovens, or traditional stovetops.
Each accommodation includes a coffee maker, microwave, and mini refrigerator for simple food and beverage storage and preparation. Guests are welcome to bring prepared food, snacks, and drinks.
Outdoor grill availability varies by accommodation. Please review the individual room amenities or contact us before bringing food that requires outdoor cooking.

Choosing Your Safari Tent or Geodesic Dome
Our three safari tents offer a classic glamping atmosphere with spacious interiors, private bathrooms, soaking tubs, and relaxing outdoor decks. The four geodesic domes provide a more immersive themed experience, featuring distinctive interior designs, star projectors, private bathrooms, and deck hammocks.

The Suite Tent is the only accommodation featuring a private hot tub. It also includes a separate bedroom and living area, an expansive deck, and uninterrupted Texas Hill Country ridge views.
The other tents and domes do not include private hot tubs, so please review each accommodation’s amenities before booking.
The Suite Tent is our most popular choice for anniversaries, honeymoons, and proposals because of its private hot tub, ridge views, spacious deck, and separate living area.
Couples looking for a quieter and more intimate stay may prefer the Safari Tent, while guests who enjoy distinctive interiors and stargazing may prefer one of our four geodesic domes. The best choice depends on the atmosphere and experience you want to create.
Occupancy varies by accommodation, and most of our stays are designed primarily for couples. The maximum number of guests shown for each tent or dome cannot be exceeded.

Booking, Cancellation & Reservation Policies
Guests may book a one-night stay from Sunday through Thursday. A minimum two-night stay may apply on weekends, holidays, and selected high-demand dates.
Minimum-stay requirements are displayed in the online booking system and may vary according to the date, accommodation, and availability.
For reservations booked directly through Loving Heart Retreats:
Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or another third-party platform are subject to that platform’s cancellation policy.
If Loving Heart Retreats must close the property because conditions are determined to be unsafe, guests will be refunded for the nights affected by the closure.
Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and standard check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Subject to availability, guests may purchase early check-in beginning as early as 2:00 PM or late check-out until as late as 1:00 PM. The current fee is $65 per additional hour.
Early check-in and late check-out must be arranged in advance and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Loving Heart Retreats.
Reservations booked directly through Loving Heart Retreats cannot currently be modified online. Please email us at contact@lovingheartretreats.com with your reservation name, confirmation number, requested dates, and the change you would like to make.
All modifications are subject to availability, current nightly rates, and a $75 modification fee per transaction. Promotional rates or packages may no longer apply if the reservation dates or accommodation are changed.
If you booked through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or another third-party platform, please submit your request through that platform.
Group or retreat pricing may be available depending on the number of accommodations required, preferred dates, length of stay, and type of event.

Loving Heart Retreats is located at 8209 CR 340, Burnet, Texas 78611, in the peaceful Texas Hill Country near Marble Falls.
The retreat offers a quiet natural setting while remaining close to restaurants, grocery stores, wineries, outdoor recreation, and other services in the Marble Falls area.
Guests should park in the designated parking areas and follow the arrival instructions and onsite signs provided by Loving Heart Retreats.
